Leading a creative team is incredibly rewarding and also comes with a fair amount of challenges. We're a group of Creative Directors, Studio Managers, Agency Owners and other Creative Management functions coming together to discuss trends, get input and brainstorm ways to tackle the challenges that come with leading creative organizations.

For our first event we'll be talking about feedback! How to know if you're good at giving feedback? How can you help your organization get better at delivering and receiving feedback? We'll share tips and ideas and establish upcoming topics for these forum discussions.

The meet up is free, but bring your lunch (or order one when you get here)! We're opening this first event to 12 leaders in order to give everyone a chance to participate. See you there!
