Leading a creative team is incredibly rewarding and also comes with a fair amount of challenges. We're a group of Creative Directors, Studio Managers, Agency Owners and other Creative Management functions coming together to discuss trends, get input and brainstorm ways to tackle the challenges that come with leading creative organizations.

For our June session we'll be talking about team morale! How do you keep teams engaged when work is challenging or repetitive? What are ways to build systems that keep teams excited to come to work every day? We'll share tips and ideas and establish upcoming topics for these forum discussions.
