Leading a creative team is incredibly rewarding and also comes with a fair amount of challenges. We're a group of Creative Directors, Studio Managers, Agency Owners and other Creative Management functions coming together to discuss trends, get input and brainstorm ways to tackle the challenges that come with leading creative organizations.

For our January session, we will be talking about new business development.  What are some of the successes and pitfalls to look out for when bidding, maintaining and developing new account outreach?  Some of the topics we will cover include identifying new business opportunities, how to increase current collateral offerings and the importance of client service in each approach.
